How do refunds work?
Open a refund request with us and we can work with you to resolve it ASAP.
This will be discussed during discovery calls/meetings. Payment methods vary from account, and will depend on the size of both the contract amount and the organizational hierarchy. Changes to payment methods must be submitted in writing to Hub & Company.
Unexpected Costs (Consulting)
In some instances, unexpected costs may occur. These expenses will not be undertaken without the knowledge of the client and the designated owner of the client's Project+ account ("the client"). Such costs that increase the scope and deliverance expectations of the contract will be taken in ways that mitigate risk and ensure that the contract delivery expectations are assessed prior to any transaction.
In most cases, a separate RFP and/or estimate will be submitted to your Project+ account for consideration.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Contract length terms will always be outlined in the header of the estimate or RFP that you have been submitted. Contract length terms will always be updated to reflect signing allocation. You can also find estimates and RFP documents in your Project+ account under "Files".
Am I billed for Project+?
No, each client is given a Project+ account and they are not included as billable services on contracts.
